Divine

One of my favourite actresses was none other than Divine AKA Harris Glenn Milstead... He was born in Oct. 1945 and grew up with John Waters the famous Baltimore Director!! I don't know what it is about her, but Divine is just one of these people, like Greta Garbo, Bette Davis and Liz Taylor.. a face and pure beauty that you never ever forget....It's just sad that she passed away at such a young age. Death is something that most people are afraid of and I really think Divine had made Heaven spectacular and I am sure she has shown God or whomever the Higher Power is how to do her nails, toe nails, etc... One thing I can say about Divine is when I discovered her during the movie "Polyester" I feel head over heels with her, and I had to learn more and more about her... I saw Pink Flamingos for the first time in Jan. 2000, when I was home with the flu from work.. So Divine maybe dead to the phyical world, but she will always live forever in our hearts, in our minds, in our tv screens, and on our cd players!! We love You...In Memory of Divine 1945-1988!!

In Memory of Tammy Faye: A beautiful Woman full of Grace!!

Tammy Faye was a true icon... A woman with dignity, grace, and style and a woman who was a true Christian. She was non-judgemental and supported gay rights and helped those truly in need! I met Ms. Tammy many years ago at a book signing and she was sweet as pie and didn't hesitate at all to hug me and show me the love that a true Christian does... Many people disliked her over the scandal that erupted in the late 1980s, but that didn't stop me from loving and showing kindness to a beautiful, sweet, kind woman!! Like Elizabeth Montgomery, Anna Nicole Smith, Divine, Edith Massey, Dominique Dunn, etc... Ms. Tammy went to the Heavens way beyond her time and now she is an angel watching down on us! Tammy we will always love you and you my angel will be in my Heart forever!! God Bless you Always!!

Cancer is a deadly disease and it can strike anyone at anytime... Always get a yearly physical and learn the warning signs... One thing we can say about Tammy is that she was full of life and a fighter!! I will Miss you Tammy!! I love you!
